At BlueDAG, our mission is rooted in advancing accessibility and fostering inclusion for all. We are dedicated to ensuring that everyone—regardless of ability—can fully engage with our digital tools, services, and resources.

Accessibility Statement

BlueDAG LLC is committed to ensuring that its goods and services of any and all public accommodations are accessible to people with disabilities on the public website and the front-end and back-end tool. All the pages currently meet W3C WAI’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, Level AA conformance – or will be brought into compliance as soon as possible if after detecting any WCAG non-compliance issues.

Issues preventing access to people with disabilities and their assistive technologies should be reported to accessibility@bluedag.com. A response will be provided within 24 hours of receipt of a complaint. Individuals should note their preferred method of communications for follow-up (phone, TTY, email, written letter).

The Client Success Plan™ - A Roadmap to Your Goal

The BlueDAG Client Success Plan™ (CSP) is a system and a method for assessing your accessibility gaps, setting milestones, and progressing toward your goals. The CSP resulted from countless hours of research, experimentation, and refinement. We created the CSP to empower you to make your community more accessible for people with disabilities and to ensure that you comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Comprehensive Reporting

The BlueDAG reporting system provides everything from detailed inspection reporting to the generation of complete transition plans. Historical snapshots allow for a time-based review of previous reports.

BlueDAG University

BlueDAG University is a video series that helps our clients get the most out of their BlueDAG software subscription.
