The BlueDAG Client Success Plan™ (CSP) is a system and a method for assessing your accessibility gaps, setting milestones, and progressing toward your goals. The CSP resulted from countless hours of research, experimentation, and refinement. We created the CSP to empower you to make your community more accessible for people with disabilities and to ensure that you comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
ADA 101 - Accessible Site Arrival Points
2010 ADAS 206.2.1
At least one accessible route shall be provided within the site from accessible parking spaces and accessible passenger loading zones, public streets and sidewalks, and public transportation stops to the accessible building or facility entrance they serve.
Citation according to 2010 ADAS. Check your state’s accessibility laws. Some states such as California, Georgia, and Florida have additional requirements and standards.

Connecticut Governor Announces $13.4 Million To Modernize Housing

Pennsylvania Transit Authority Gets $56 Million In Fed Grants For Subway Accessibility

“Federal transit officials announced $686 million in new grants on Monday to make older transit and commuter rail stations accessible to people with disabilities, including $56 million for SEPTA to overhaul six subway-elevated stations. ‘SEPTA stations are gateways to opportunity but only if they are accessible,’ General Manager and CEO Leslie S. Richards said.”
